Executed the complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for the restaurant, covering all phases from initial installation and system integration through testing, commissioning, handover, and successful operation.
The scope of work included:
Plumbing Systems, including domestic water supply networks, kitchen drainage networks, grease interceptors, and stainless-steel drainage Trench Drain.
HVAC Systems, comprising Fan Coil Units, chilled water distribution piping, fresh air systems, exhaust ventilation systems, galvanized steel ductwork, black steel ductwork, and the supply and installation of ventilation and exhaust fans.
Firefighting Systems, including seamless steel piping networks, firefighting equipment, and all associated accessories.
Electrical Systems, including power distribution, lighting installations, socket outlets, and complete electrical infrastructure.
Low Current Systems, including structured cabling, data networks, telephone systems, and associated communication infrastructure.
Addressable Fire Alarm System, including detection, control, and notification devices.
Specialized Fire Suppression Systems, including Wet Chemical Fire Suppression Systems for kitchen hoods and automatic fire suppression systems for electrical panels.
All works were executed in accordance with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and relevant international standards, followed by comprehensive testing and commissioning to ensure full operational readiness prior to handover.
