The scope of work included:
Flooring Refurbishment Works, including the careful dismantling of existing parquet flooring, restoration and reinstallation of reusable materials, replacement of damaged sections, and finishing works to restore the original appearance and performance.
Painting and Finishing Works, including surface preparation, repair of defective areas, and complete repainting of the store.
Electrical Systems Rehabilitation, including the dismantling, maintenance, testing, replacement of defective components, and reinstallation of lighting, power, data, and fire alarm systems.
HVAC Maintenance Works, including servicing of air conditioning units, cleaning of ductwork and air distribution networks, and testing to ensure optimum system performance.
Joinery and Wooden Furniture Refurbishment, including repair, maintenance, refinishing, and repainting of all existing wooden fixtures and built-in furniture.
Storefront Upgrade Works, including the supply and installation of a new external shop signage in accordance with the approved design requirements.
