Executed the complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for five administrative buildings, covering both infrastructure and internal building services, including the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of all systems.
The scope of work included:
Infrastructure Works, comprising electrical infrastructure networks, foul and storm drainage systems, and HDPE piping networks for firefighting risers.
Firefighting Systems, including internal firefighting networks utilizing ERW steel piping, Zone Control Valve assemblies, and all associated valves, fittings, and accessories.
Plumbing Systems, including domestic water supply networks, sanitary drainage systems serving restrooms, and HVAC condensate drainage systems.
HVAC Systems, comprising DX Concealed Air Conditioning Units, refrigerant copper piping networks, control cabling, and all associated HVAC accessories.
Ventilation Systems, including the supply and installation of mechanical ventilation and exhaust fans.
Electrical Systems, including main power distribution networks, cable trays and containment systems, lighting installations, power outlets, and associated electrical infrastructure.
Low Current Systems, including structured cabling and data networks.
Addressable Fire Alarm System, including detection, notification, and control equipment integrated in accordance with project requirements.
Electrical Distribution Systems, including main and sub-main electrical panels, energy metering systems, power distribution networks, and all associated electrical components.
Electrical Panel Fire Suppression Systems, providing automatic fire protection for electrical distribution boards and critical electrical equipment.
FM-200 Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems for archive rooms and data rooms, including detection, control, discharge, and monitoring systems to ensure the protection of sensitive equipment and critical records without causing damage to electronic assets.
All works were executed in compliance with approved shop drawings, technical specifications, and applicable international standards, followed by testing and commissioning to ensure full operational performance and successful project handover.
