This is how MON MAKI A MOI was born, giving rise to Lebanon’s first eco-friendly sushi boutique, the home of sushi lovers seeking unique flavors and an extraordinary experience. Since 2010, our hard work, passion and dedication has seen us grow into an award-winning, multi-branch brand with our original outlet in Byblos Souk being joined by a second outlet in Dbayeh, while our seasonal sub-brands, “MON MAKI DANS L’EAU” and “MON MAKI EN HAUT”, transform the beach and Broumana’s mountains with our signature sushi experience.
